As a membership organisation, our client answers to numerous stakeholders of varying ages, levels of education and social status. The organisation was not reaching members adequately and engaged Clinton Communications to run seven business writing courses within a specific department. The executive has been happy with the improved documentation and Clinton Communications is retained on an annual basis to deliver several courses across the organisation.
Working with this mid-level consulting firm revealed a highly intelligent and motivated group of people. Most had a background in commerce and accounting and within an increasingly competitive consulting environment saw a need for improving verbal and written communication skills especially in the areas of submission and tender management. An off-site internal conference was organised and Clinton Communications trained over 65 people in three days.
This government regulator, based in Canberra, employs people in very technical roles. Although experts in their chosen fields, they lacked professional communication skills. Clinton Communications has a long-term contract with this organisation to train people in business writing, report writing and presentation skills. To date, over 250 people from this organisation have been trained by Clinton Communications.
